TaskPilot helps small teams plan and finish work together. Create a workspace, invite your team, and organise tasks into projects and sprints. Assign work, follow it on boards and calendars, comment, attach files and see what changed in the activity feed.
What you can do
Workspaces and roles
Invite your team as owners, managers or members. Everyone sees exactly what their role allows.
Sprints and story points
Plan sprints, estimate work and follow progress on boards, lists and a month calendar.
Files in your own Drive
Attach files from your phone. They upload to your Google Drive and are shared only with your teammates.
Team calendar sync
Turn on calendar sync for a task and everyone assigned gets it in Google Calendar.
Works offline
Keep working without a connection. Changes sync when you are back online.
Time and activity reports
Track time on tasks, follow the activity feed and export reports to CSV.
Your data, your rules
Tasks are kept in a secure cloud database that only your workspace can read. Files you attach go to your own Google Drive and are shared only with your teammates. You can download all your data, or delete your account, from Settings.
TaskPilot for the web is on the way
It will live at taskpilot.khappscollection.com and use the same account as the app.
